	Overview Various CADRE data sets and documents are available from our ftp site:    For HTML access, click here.    For command line access, ftp to the host site ftp.bioinf.man.ac.uk, using the username anonymous with your e-mail address as the password. In both cases, for the root CADRE directory, change directories to pub/cadre/. Data available Details below provide information on the directory structures and data available: an_organism/    The organism of interest. org_x_y_z/    The database version, e.g., afu_1_2_1, is the directory containing data from A. fumigatus version 1.2.1. The three letter codes for each genome are: afu - A. fumigatus; ani - A. nidulans; and aor - A. oryzae. xml/    TIGR XML formatted files for each annotated supercontig/contig. genbank/    Genbank formatted files for each annotated supercontig/contig. docs/    Various documents concerning the assembly and genome. fasta/    FASTA files.
