A. terreus Genome
Sequencing and Annotation

The sequencing project of A. terreus (NIH 2624) was funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID). Using genomic DNA provided by the University of Manchester, the Broad Institute carried out sequencing and first-pass automated annotation. This yielded 11.05x coverage of the genome and, in turn, 26 unassigned supercontigs.
