Anchorview allows you to choose two features from the same chromosome as anchor points and display the region between them. Both features must be mapped to the current Ensembl golden tiling path. If you select "None" for the second feature then the display will be based around the first feature.

Please note that if you select widely spaced features there may be an significant delay while Ensembl builds the DNA display.
